Dwight Moulin, M.D., is Professor in the Departments of Clinical Neurological Sciences and Oncology at the University of Western Ontario. He is also the Earl Russell Chair of the UWO Pain Program and Medical Director of Pain and Symptom Management at the London Regional Cancer Program. An M.D. graduate of the University of Western Ontario, he trained in neurology at UWO and then completed a 2-year fellowship in pain and neuro-oncology at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre in New York City.
His research interests include randomized controlled trials to determine the role of opioid analgesics in the management of chronic pain and observational studies to assess the impact of chronic pain in a variety of chronic neurological disorders. Current research projects include the role of cannabinoids in the management of chronic pain and long term outcome of the management of neuropathic pain.
